🛍️Orders
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment.Orders cannot be modified or canceled once submitted.
🚫 All Sales FinalDue to the nature of our limited-run apparel and made-to-order fulfillment, all sales are final.We do not offer refunds, returns, or order cancellations.
🔁 Exchanges
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:Damaged or defective items: Exchanges are accepted at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.Size exchanges:Must be requested within 14 days of delivery.Items must be unworn and in original condition.A $7 restocking fee applies.Buyer is responsible for return shipping.We do not offer exchanges for any reason beyond damage or incorrect sizing.
🚚 Shipping
We ship domestically and internationally where applicable.All orders receive a tracking number once shipped.Grafx Clo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once tracking has been issued.
