How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, then shipped via the selected carrier at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Can I return or cancel my order?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order is placed.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you. Just email us at support@grafxclo.com within 7 days of receiving your order, along with photos of the issue.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes, we offer size exchanges only under these conditions:Must be requested within 14 days of delivery.Item must be unworn and in original condition.There’s a $7 restocking fee, and you're responsible for return shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we primarily ship within the U.S. If you're outside the U.S. and want to place an order, reach out to us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

What if my package gets lost or stolen?

Once your order ships and a tracking number is provided,
Grafx Clo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
